Scratch disks are full, or I might have cropped out the shadow of my head (above).
But such things are minor in light of a visit (the fourth in three weeks) to the vet with Jack. I will know just how bad the news is tomorrow or the next day, but it appears that he has cancer.
I’m so sorry. Our creatures hold such big places in our lives.
And, no, no sign of Twinkle for days.
So sad to hear about Jack. So love your little kitty.
As one whose last three losses with pets were all to cancer, I’m so sorry to hear about Jack, Very sad.
Poor Jack! I hope it is treatable.
thank you everyone. Yesterday’s vet visit kind of confirmed what I already knew – which is to say, that Jack wasn’t better; his panting wasn’t about the heat; that his further limited forays in the yard were not about his failing vision. So. Will know more today or tomorrow.
(((Dee & Jack))) love the doorknob and your feline!
oh Dee, poor you and poor Jack, this is a difficult place to be…..
love your cat
